Participating students are expected to arrive Wednesday, April 22, to set up posters and/or prototypes at Jersey Mike's Arena. Note that all stations must be in place by 8:45 am.

The Capstone Senior Design Expo is an opportunity for the public to view more than 200 student projects and prototype demonstrations. Projects are organized across 10 themes:
Theme 1: Robotics, Drones, Automotive, and Autonomous Platforms
Theme 2: AI, Data Science, and Intelligent Software
Theme 3: Smart Systems, Sensing, and IoT
Theme 4: Medical Devices and Diagnostic Imaging
Theme 5: Biomechanics, Rehab, and Human Performance
Theme 6: Energy, Power, Thermal, and Efficiency Systems
Theme 7: Construction, Water Systems, and the Built Environment
Theme 8: Advanced Manufacturing, Fabrication, and Instrumentation Systems
Theme 9: Sustainable Process Engineering and Biomanufacturing
Theme 10: Flight, Propulsion, and Space SystemsThe event also includes activities from Rutgers School of Engineering student organizations.

Judges will arrive at 9 am for briefing instructions. Deliberations will take place from 2 pm to 4 pm in the judges' designated area.

Lunch is provided for participants.

Students, faculty, alumni, and guests can meet to share experiences and insights in the Student Eating Area, noted on the map.

Awards will be presented to student projects within each category.
